My name is Andrew Butler
I became an estate agent over 20years ago, after a decision to make a career change. As with all new careers I started from the bottom. Joining a corporate high street agent as a trainee, I started as a negotiator and worked my way up to Branch Manager.
It was from my experience in the corporation world, that I realised there was a better way to support clients when buying and selling their homes, which led to an opportunity to launch a new style of agent as an area director in the UK aswell as supporting the launch across the globe. This allowed me to hone my skills and build my knowledge. After the sale of this business, I sat down and asked myself some important questions. How can I take my experience from exisiting corporations and new style agents to create the very best agency for clients. This is how Butler & Co estate agents was born. With an ethos to be honest, upfront and reliable when buying or selling a home.
